V30 plate freezer

The V30 features a flat-top design that allows loading and unloading from both sides of the freezer. This provides convenient access for operators and greater flexibility when planning production workflows, helping streamline daily operations and improve handling efficiency.

The V30 supports both manual and automated loading and unloading, allowing the handling process to be adapted to your production setup. This flexibility makes it easier to integrate the freezer into different workflows and offers opportunities to reduce manual handling through automation.

The V30 can be equipped with either manually removable or fixed block dividers, depending on your production requirements. V-angles can also be installed on the freezing plates as an alternative to traditional block dividers, allowing frozen blocks to be broken or cut into smaller portions more easily.

The V30 uses a single-pass refrigerant system within its freezing plates to support efficient heat transfer. Combined with direct contact freezing on both sides of the product, this helps deliver fast, consistent block freezing and efficient utilization of refrigeration capacity.

Available in three models – V33, V35, and V37 – the V30 series offers different block dimensions and configurations. With block thicknesses from 50 to 150 mm and up to 44 freezing stations, the freezer can be configured to match specific product requirements and production capacities.

The V30 features seawater-resistant aluminum freezing plates, stainless steel fittings, reinforced PTFE refrigerant hoses, and a robust hot-dip galvanized frame top. Its durable construction is designed to support reliable operation in demanding industrial food processing environments.
