We offer worldwide service and support to prevent and minimize downtime in your production. Our global setup across Europe, Asia, and the US allows us to respond very quickly to any request, both onshore and offshore.

To keep your down time to a minimum, we offer worldwide 24/7 support. We provide continued support throughout the lifetime for your thermal solution, from technical maintenance and repair services to high-quality spare parts and tailor-made spare part kits as well as individual service contracts.

Service agreements

All-inclusive, Plus and Economy agreements

Depending on your needs, we have three types of service agreements:

With an All-inclusive agreement, you are guaranteed a fixed price on maintenance costs and preventive maintenance, which will minimize the risk of unplanned downtime. Our Plus Agreement provides you a fixed price on service and man-hours but does not include the costs for spare parts. Last but not least, our Economy agreement ensures a regularly occurring maintenance visit to ensure operational reliability.

Training and courses

Traning sessions at DSI Dantech

To ensure you the best and smoothest operation, we offer training sessions for operators and site technicians. We can help your staff define the work procedures for the operation and maintenance of freezing, cooling, heating, and handling equipment.

Over time, staff turnover and new work procedures may result in ineffective operating procedures. By scheduling brush-up courses, you can avoid such counterproductive routines.

The Freezertech brand is part of the DSI Dantech group, and if you own a Freezertech plate freezer we offer full service and spare parts packages to support all your needs.
